Door Number provides property and place information for CR5 and Coulsdon. For a given address it sets out to answer three questions, and only from named sources:

What Door Number is not
It is not an estate agent. It does not list properties for sale, generate valuations, capture enquiries, or accept owner submissions. It does not scrape other websites. Every figure it shows is traceable to a public record.
Coverage
Door Number is launching in the CR5 postcode district, including Coulsdon, with controlled expansion planned postcode by postcode. Addresses outside CR5 are not yet available. Property records are supplied by Resi IQ, which draws them from HM Land Registry and the Energy Performance of Buildings Register. Area information is added from other official and open sources.
