The result is a reading guide, not a sales listing. Start with the property record, then use the source labels and methodology disclosures to understand what is direct evidence and what Door Number has calculated.
How to read a page
- Property record: identity, EPC information and recorded sales are shown as source-backed facts.
- Street and postcode: sales context is calculated from comparable records in the same street and full postcode.
- Local area: nearby schools, transport, green space, planning and heritage are presented with their source and evidence type.
A label is part of the fact. “Official record”, “Derived statistic” and “Community-sourced” describe different kinds of evidence. They are not interchangeable.
What the page does not promise
Door Number does not create a current valuation, describe quality or desirability, or turn a missing record into proof that something does not exist. Distances are straight-line unless stated, and community-sourced information is for discovery rather than official confirmation.
What happens when a source cannot be checked
The dependent section is hidden, or the last confirmed information is shown with its date. Door Number does not imply that an unavailable source is live or complete.
