If a fact looks wrong
Most property facts on Door Number come from HM Land Registry or the EPC register via Resi IQ. If one is wrong, it is usually wrong at source, and correcting it there fixes it everywhere:
- Sale price or date — HM Land Registry Price Paid Data. Corrections are made by the conveyancer who lodged the transaction.
- Energy rating or property details — the Energy Performance of Buildings Register. A new assessment supersedes an old certificate.
- The address or its UPRN — raised with the local authority's address custodian.
