The rules behind the page
- Sourced or not shown. Every significant claim names its source and dates in the rendered page. If we cannot source it, we do not publish it.
- No invented data. No fabricated UPRNs, prices, sizes, tenure, bands, journey times or quality judgements. Absent values are shown as “—”.
- Records, statistics and context are kept distinct. An official record is never presented as a Door Number estimate, and vice versa.
- No AI-generated imagery presented as real. Photographs are used only where a licence permits and the author is credited.
- Honest availability. When a source is down we show the last confirmed information with its date, or hide the section — we never imply data is live when it is not.
- One page per property. Address-based canonical URLs; alternative and legacy URLs redirect. Thin pages are excluded from search indexing until they carry useful data.
- Not advice. Door Number is information, not property, legal or financial advice, and not a valuation.
